Custom Control Board Production Transfer
We helped a customer redesign an existing control board, reduce sourcing risk and establish a production test flow.
The project included requirement review, alternative component evaluation, PCB layout, prototype validation, test fixture planning and production transfer. Clear BOM and inspection processes helped reduce long-term maintenance cost.
